CANCELLATION POLICY

Made by July 31st 2009:	Full refund
Made by September 13th 2009:	Cancellation fee of € 50
Made after September 13th 2009:	No refund

Cancellations have to be made to CTW in writing only.

LIABILITY

Neither the organizer nor CTW - Congress Organisation Thomas Wiese GmbH are liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and accompanying persons attend the conference and all accompanying events at their own risk and responsibility.

The registration fee covers:

All amounts are payable in Euro. All bank charges must be paid by the participant. Please quote the name of the participant on every giro transfer form. For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names. For payment by creditcard we accept Amex, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa. After receipt of payment of the registration fees, you will receive a written confirmation from CTW. Only payments until September 30^th 2009 (date of receipt) can be accepted. Later payments have to be done on-site at the registration desk.
